We typically ship Mon–Thu to avoid weekend delays. In extreme weather, we may hold or require carrier pickup to protect your animals and keep DOA coverage active. For DOA claims, follow the simple photo/timing steps on our policy page—we’ll take care of you.
We do offer wholesale on livestock (fish & coral) for approved partners.
